A law firm seeks a partner or counsel to join its Energy practice group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business and possess experience in FERC regulatory, RTO, and transactional matters.

  • Duties
  • Advise clients on FERC regulatory and RTO matters.
  • Engage in transactional work within the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop client strategies.
  • Participate in business development activities.
  • Requirements
  • Experience with MISO, PJM, and/or SPP preferred.
  • Lobbying experience considered but not primary.
  • Proven track record of client development.
  • Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Certifications
  • Bar admission in good standing.
