Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in municipal law, land use, or related practice areas
  • Familiarity with zoning, planning, and land use regulatory frameworks
  • Strong legal research and drafting abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in municipal governance and land development matters

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active State Bar license in good standing
