A respected law firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced litigation attorney with expertise in corporate or real estate matters. The ideal candidate will bring 3-6 years of litigation experience and a passion for managing their caseload. This opportunity allows for representing homeowners and condominium associations in various legal matters, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Duties:

• Represent condominium and homeowner associations in complex litigation cases.
• Advise on day-to-day corporate issues, including governing documents, amendments, and covenant enforcement.
• Provide legal counsel on Fair Housing Act issues and contract negotiations.
• Manage litigation involving insurance defense, election disputes, and general real estate matters.
• Offer advice on nonprofit issues and parliamentary procedure.
• Handle assessment collection and intra-corporate disputes.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate or real estate litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the State Bar of Georgia.

Skills:

• Litigation experience in real estate or corporate law.
