Job Overview

Duties

  • Conduct research and draft coverage opinions on third-party liability claims.
  • Litigate declaratory judgment actions and defend coverage and bad faith suits.
  • Advise clients on potential extra-contractual exposure and respond to tender demands.
  • Conduct examinations under oath and interface with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in third-party insurance coverage and bad faith.
  • Strong analytical writing and trial advocacy skills.
  • Steady and consistent work history preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
