Duties:

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and damages.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain regular client communication, keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
  • Provide exceptional legal analysis and advice, ensuring all legal actions align with state laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain accurate case records and handle documentation related to personal injury cases.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to firm protocols.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate settlements effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
