Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support in various corporate matters, including private offerings, venture capital transactions, public company representation, and public offerings. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials, superior communication skills, and be highly motivated.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including private offerings, venture capital deals, and public offerings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
  • Represent clients in corporate negotiations and transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience focusing on Corporate Law.
  • Membership to the Oregon State Bar is required.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.

Education & Certifications:

  • Membership to the Oregon State Bar.
