A law firm in San Francisco is currently seeking a highly qualified Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Associate Attorney with stellar academics, superior writing and research skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice. The successful candidate should have a strong background in both litigation and transactional matters.

 

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of complex commercial bankruptcy cases, including litigation and transactional matters.
