A law firm is currently seeking a qualified Personal Injury Lawyer with a focus on Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases to join team in Saint Louis, MO.

Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Lawyer will be responsible for representing individual plaintiffs in MVA cases, providing exceptional client services, and ensuring legal excellence in pursuing justice for clients. The ideal candidate will have a Missouri license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling MVA cases.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee a caseload of Motor Vehicle Accident cases, from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with legal support staff, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Missouri.
