Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of focused experience in family law practice

  • Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar

  • Strong case management skills and the ability to handle multiple active matters concurrently

  • Capacity to function efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced legal setting

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in South Carolina (mandatory)
