Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Venture and Growth Finance Associate to join its team in any of its U.S. offices, including Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters.

Duties

• Represent banks and private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences, and middle market companies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce timely and accurate work products.
• Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster positive work relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
