Job Overview:

The Trust and Estate Associate Attorney will be crucial in providing legal counsel to clients in matters related to wealth management, estate planning, and business succession. The individual will work closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with their financial goals and objectives.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis about trust and estate laws.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Bar in the state of New York.
