Assistant Public Defender Attorney

Oswego office of our client seeks an assistant public defender attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for the representation of indigent persons in criminal courts, with an emphasis on criminal defense-related matters. Should have NYS License to practice law. Preference may be given to applicants with experience in the practice of criminal law and/or in Family Court. Should have graduated from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
