The candidate will serve in legal research and writing and provide litigation support. Will have complex research and analysis. Preparation of appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda. The practice involves state and federal cases. Judicial clerk experience in appellate or federal court is strongly preferred. Should have judicial clerkships. Interest and willingness to focus on research of complicated legal issues are essential. Must be licensed to practice in Texas. Excellent writing skills are needed.
