A law firm is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Project Finance Counsel Or Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and support.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of substantial transactional experience at a major law firm.
  • Focus on project finance and/or structured asset-based finance and non-recourse lending transactions.
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred.
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Superior academic credentials.

Education & Certifications:

  • Law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in California.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of tax equity in solar, wind, and energy storage project assets preferred.
  • Interest in developing broad expertise in financing renewable energy projects.
