Global Immigration and Mobility Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of multinational client accounts focused on immigration, global mobility, and compliance

• Develop and deliver customized immigration strategies in alignment with clients’ global workforce objectives

• Collaborate with local and in-country immigration counsel and mobility professionals to ensure effective execution

• Monitor and assess global immigration developments and regulations; provide proactive legal guidance

• Create and implement internal immigration compliance policies and frameworks

• Draft and review a range of legal documents including applications, petitions, legal opinions, and advisory communications

• Deliver training and strategic legal support to client teams and internal stakeholders

• Assist in identifying business development opportunities and contribute to expanding service offerings

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience practicing immigration law, preferably with a strong emphasis on corporate and global mobility matters

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multinational client relationships

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent international law degree

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• In-depth knowledge of immigration frameworks in key regions including the U.S., EU, APAC, and LATAM

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client relationship management and negotiation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one recognized jurisdiction

Skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional, global team

• Comfortable managing high-stakes, client-facing engagements

• Familiarity with immigration compliance platforms or global mobility management tools

• Multilingual abilities or international legal experience preferred
