  • Entrepreneurial spirit and practical judgment.
  • Currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, California, DC, or New York.
  • USPTO registration number or patent Bar eligibility is strongly preferred.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, California, DC, or New York.
  • USPTO registration number or patent Bar eligibility preferred.
