Business Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, represent clients in court proceedings, and provide legal advice. The ideal candidate will have graduated from a top 50 ABA-accredited law school and possess strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct discovery and take depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary information for cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top 50 ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Experience with employment litigation and counseling is a strong plus.
