Duties

• Prepare business transactional documents, including acquisition and merger agreements, and business contracts.
• Advise business owners on legal matters, including internal and external disputes, and participate in negotiations.
• Draft estate planning documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
• Assist clients in the estate probate process.
• Attend court proceedings related to business, estate planning, and probate matters.
• Provide legal advice on business, estate planning, and probate issues.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of employment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications
