The role focuses on representing clients across residential and commercial real estate transactions, including lenders, developers, and homebuilders. Duties:

  • Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing

  • Conduct real estate closings across various firm office locations

  • Draft and review legal documents related to property sales, acquisitions, and financing

  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate closings

  • Engage in client development activities and foster long-term relationships within the real estate industry

  • Support senior attorneys with transactional and advisory real estate matters

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in real estate law, with demonstrated knowledge in residential closings

  • Familiarity with legal documentation, title review, and closing processes

  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role and managing multiple transactions concurrently

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented legal environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

Skills:
