Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior associate with four to seven years of digital asset regulatory and/or transactional experience to join their team in New York, NY. The associate may also be based in Washington, DC.

Duties

• Engage in digital asset-related transactions and stablecoin/token issuances.
• Provide product counseling and address state and federal regulatory issues.
• Focus on matters involving the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of relevant experience at a peer firm or in-house.
• Proficiency in handling digital asset transactions and regulatory matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in New York or Washington, DC.
