Associate Attorney Preferably With Prior Experience In Immigration Law

Orlando office of our client seeks an associate attorney preferably with prior experience in immigration law. The candidate will interact directly with firms expanding individual, family, and employment-based clientele in the processing of visa applications, green card filings, naturalization processing, and removal proceedings in immigration court. Will work closely with Partners, Lead Attorneys, and support staff in handling a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense and family-based immigration cases. Must have licensure permitting for the practice of law from a State Bar association. Fluency in Spanish or another foreign language is preferred.

The candidate should be a problem solver, a self-motivated, independent thinker, and possess excellent communication skills. Must be well organized and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a JD from an accredited law school (or foreign equivalency).
