Duties:

  • Manage and contribute to civil litigation matters in Washington state and federal courts

  • Participate in internal and regulatory investigations across diverse sectors

  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and complex litigation documents

  • Engage in strategic planning for high-profile enforcement and advisory cases

  • Collaborate with legal teams on case development, discovery, and deposition preparation

  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders

  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely progress across dockets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience in complex civil and white-collar matters

  • Deep familiarity with Washington state and federal court systems

  • Previous clerkship in a U.S. District Court (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cases and provide strategic legal counsel

  • Proven history of working independently and within a collaborative team environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association, or eligibility to gain admission via reciprocity

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal research and writing ability

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities

  • Adept at analyzing complex legal and regulatory issues
