Duties:

Requirements:

• Admitted to the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong academic record with a focus on law.
• Title IX experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Public Sector/Education law preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the California State Bar.
