Litigation Intake Associate Attorney

A law firm in Houston, TX, is seeking a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney to oversee various aspects of client intake, case development, legal analysis, negotiations, and case resolution.

Job Details:

• Plan, organize, and lead the signing up of new clients, ensuring efficient intake procedures.
• Develop assigned matters, including conducting legal analysis and identifying individual legal issues for each case.
• Review demands and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Initiate initial litigation actions when necessary.
• Facilitate the resolution of legal matters in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee the disbursement of client funds in accordance with legal requirements and firm policies.
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
