Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney to join their team remotely in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in family law and a strong commitment to advocating for clients' interests.

Duties

  • Craft court filings and supporting documents, including family law pleadings and temporary restraining orders.
  • Research statutes, case law, and other relevant information for cases.
  • Follow up on correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
  • Represent clients and their interests in legal proceedings.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of experience as a family law attorney.
  • Must have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school.
  • CA State Bar License, required.
  • Certified Family Law Specialist, preferred but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

  • CA State Bar License.
  • Certified Family Law Specialist, preferred.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
