Associate Attorney

Miramar office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 7 years of experience. The candidate will cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients. Analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation. Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement. Manage full case handling responsibilities from inception through resolution. Independently handle decision-making on a case-by-case basis. Develop a strategic approach and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants. Work as part of a team with all levels of experience and be open to cross-training for coverage outside the associate duties. Ability to deal with challenges and resolve them. Conduct and defend depositions. Make client preparation. Supervise support staff and team. Make mediations and handle a case from inception to Trial. Effectively manage client expectations. Must have deposition experience and be licensed to practice in Florida.

The candidate must be good with people. Must be a self-starter. Must do community involvement. Must be Open-Minded. Must have trial skills. Must go to Evidentiary Hearings. Must have negotiation skills. Must do Mediation and Settlement Conferences. Must have minimum networking requirement. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
