Duties:

• Manage document review and deposition preparation

• Participate in settlement negotiations and pre-trial preparation

• Interact directly with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel

• Ensure compliance with applicable court rules and procedural requirements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience practicing law, ideally with exposure to trucking or transportation litigation

• Proficiency in drafting motions, legal briefs, and litigation documents

• Familiarity with litigation workflow in Georgia state courts

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple assignments with keen attention to deadlines and detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar (active and in good standing)
