Duties:

  • Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

  • Manage probate and trust administration from initiation through final distribution

  • Advise clients on tax-efficient estate planning strategies

  • Conduct client meetings, assess legal needs, and tailor estate plans accordingly

  • Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries

  • Ensure compliance with applicable probate and trust laws and court procedures

  • Draft legal pleadings, memoranda, and related court filings

  • Participate in mediations, court hearings, and other proceedings as necessary

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of direct experience in estate planning and probate/trust administration

  • Familiarity with litigation related to wills, trusts, and estates

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail

  • Strong professional discipline and a results-oriented mindset

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • The capacity to work both independently and within a team setting

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar (in good standing)

  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience
