Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to government investigations, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Assist with case management, including document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.
  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar is under the jurisdiction of Washington, DC.
  • 2-4 years of experience in government investigations, internal investigations, and white-collar and regulatory matters.
  • Superior academic credentials from a top law school.
  • Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education:
