A law firm seeks a Marital And Family Law Attorney for their West Palm Beach, FL office.

Job Overview:

The Marital And Family Law Attorney will handle all aspects of clients' cases, including communication with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences, and preparing for and attending trials.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences.
• Represent clients in trials when necessary.
• Market legal services as required.

Requirements:

• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Family Law and litigation.
• Training in Collaborative Law is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to engage in marketing activities.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Acrobat Professional.
• Working knowledge of Aderant Total Office (ATO) and Practice Panther is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience managing a full caseload.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
