A law firm in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The successful candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, advise clients on family law matters, and negotiate settlements for legal disputes.

 

Job Duties:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies in family law matters
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, pleadings, and agreements
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of family law
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and advocate for clients' interests
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
  • Direct paralegals and support staff in case management and administrative tasks
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of family law
  • Maintain familiarity with various legal documents and procedures
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues
  • Build rapport with clients and establish effective communication channels
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience practicing family law
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of California
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain effective communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
