Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive antitrust law knowledge and strong writing skills. This role will involve actively participating in antitrust litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Duties:

• Participate in all aspects of antitrust litigation, including case analysis, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research on antitrust laws, regulations, and precedents to support case strategies and arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for filing in court.
• Assist with client communication, including drafting correspondence and providing legal advice and updates.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Manage and organize case files, documents, and evidence promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• 3-5 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation at a reputable law firm.
• Strong understanding of antitrust laws, regulations, and legal principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Proven track record of drafting persuasive legal documents and arguments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:
