This role will involve actively participating in antitrust litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Duties:

  • Participate in all aspects of antitrust litigation, including case analysis, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research on antitrust laws, regulations, and precedents to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for filing in court.
  • Assist with client communication, including drafting correspondence and providing legal advice and updates.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation at a reputable law firm.
  • Strong understanding of antitrust laws, regulations, and legal principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Proven track record of drafting persuasive legal documents and arguments.
