Job Overview:

The Intake Attorney will proactively identify and qualify potential clients, conduct thorough screenings and evaluations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the intake process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law with a J.D., 5 years of experience in real estate transactions, bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish), and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Duties:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations of potential clients' real estate cases.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements during the intake process.
  • Accurately document client information, inquiries, and communications in the firm's CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to facilitate smooth transitions of qualified leads into active cases.
  • Monitor and analyze intake metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law with a J.D.
  • 5 years of experience working within a law firm, focusing on real estate transactions.
  • Legal and real estate experience, with prior intake experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Should either be an attorney or possess the knowledge and capabilities that make them appear as an attorney to potential clients.

Certifications:

  • J.D. degree.
