The ideal candidate will possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, along with extensive experience in representing clients within the gaming industry.

 

Job Details:

  • Represent clients in gaming regulatory matters, with a focus on the tribal gaming space.
  • Draft and argue discovery motions effectively.
  • Take and defend depositions proficiently.
  • Manage cases efficiently and effectively, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials.
  • Preference for candidates with gaming regulatory experience.
  • Admitted to practice in a state.

 

Experience:

3+ years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry (e.g., casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, fantasy sports, etc.) in a mid-size to large law firm setting.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in at least one state.

 

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in case management and legal documentation.
  • Familiarity with gaming regulations and industry practices is preferred.
