The Mid-level Chemical Science Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients. The candidate will be responsible for preparing draft patent applications, responding to communications from the USPTO, and supporting attorneys in providing efficient and cost-effective legal solutions.

Duties:

• Drafting and preparing patent applications in the field of chemical science.
• Collaborating with attorneys to ensure the delivery of quality legal services.
• Assisting in the efficient and cost-effective provision of legal solutions to clients.
• Handling highly complex and sensitive client work that demands a high level of professional capability and skill.

Requirements:

• JD and admission to the USPTO are mandatory.
• 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• The solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Superb writing and communication skills.

Preferred Education:

Advanced degrees in organic chemistry or chemical engineering.
