A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Orlando, FL, office. The successful candidate must have 3 years of direct experience working with a managing partner in a fast-paced general business law practice. The role involves managing mortgage and banking-related default cases, including uncontested foreclosures and evictions. Additionally, the candidate should have:

Duties:

• Managing mortgage and banking-related default cases (uncontested foreclosures and eviction)
• Understanding various client systems associated with the mortgage industry (ICE/BKFS, Sagent/Tempo)
• Overseeing client directives, issues, and inquiries on a day-to-day basis
• Demonstrating good organizational skills
• Handling a high-volume workload effectively

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida
• 3 years of direct experience working with a managing partner in a fast-paced general business law practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar

Skills:
