Duties

• Handle litigation for a range of workers’ compensation cases, including repetitive trauma, occupational diseases, death claims, and hearing loss cases.
• Represent clients from diverse industries such as construction, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology, and education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and defend high-exposure, complex claims.
• Work under supervision to develop skills necessary to independently manage cases from inception to resolution.
• Prepare legal documents, conduct thorough research, and present strong legal arguments.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers’ compensation or related fields.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, research, and verbal communication abilities.
• Consistent and reliable work history, demonstrating commitment to professional growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
