Civil Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Missoula is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 4 years of experience in defending civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and trial skills, along with exceptional research and writing abilities. Additionally, an interest in marketing and client development is desired.

Duties:

• Independently managing case files and representing clients in civil litigation matters.
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for trial.
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Participating in marketing and client development activities to grow the firm's practice.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Montana.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in defending civil litigation cases.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage case files independently.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Trial experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Law license in the State of Montana.
