A law firm in Media, PA, is seeking a Junior Litigation Attorney to represent clients in personal injury litigation, mediations, and arbitrations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, research, and writing skills, along with excellent oral communication and interpersonal abilities.

 

Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury litigation, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide legal advice to clients.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs.
  • Engage in depositions, pre-trial preparations, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on personal injury laws, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
  • 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, or qualified summer clerkship experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to handle a diverse caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and team-oriented approach with a passion for upholding the rights of personal injury victims.
