Litigation Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience handling commercial and business disputes. The candidate should have experience drafting pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery. Experience with depositions, oral argument, and trial/arbitration preparation is required. Must have Admission to the State Bar of California.

The candidate should have strong case management skills, a work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude. Must have excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills. A high level of academic achievement is required.
