Junior Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is currently seeking a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney for its Jacksonville, FL location. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience, a strong academic background, and excellent writing and communication skills. Additionally, candidates must have been a member of a journal in law school or have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in Florida state court matters. The Junior Litigation Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in the firm's litigation practice, utilizing strong writing and communication skills. Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research on case-specific issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Provide support in all phases of litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from a reputable law school.
• Active Bar membership in the state of Florida.
• 0-2 years of legal experience.
• Strong academic background.
