Job Overview: A law firm in Boise, ID, seeks a Health Care Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of top-tier law firm experience or in-house experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support on various healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.

  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Idaho State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
  • 4-8 years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional matters, preferably in a top-tier law firm or in-house setting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Professional recommendations attest to legal expertise and capabilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
