Mid-level Patent Agent

A law firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is actively seeking a Mid-level Patent Agent to contribute to their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience, superb writing and communication skills, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. A degree in electrical engineering or computer science is essential, and admission to the USPTO is required.

Duties:

• Engage in patent preparation and prosecution activities.
• Draft and submit patent applications.

Requirements:
