Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting and organizational skills, demonstrate excellent academic achievements, and have Am Law 100 law firm experience. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly is also required.

Duties:

• Engage in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Handle organizational aspects related to corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research relevant to corporate law and transactions.
• Interact with clients to address their corporate legal needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and standards.

Experience:

• Accumulate 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
• Possesses experience with an Am Law 100 law firm.

Legal Education:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

Must be a member of the State Bar or eligible to obtain admission promptly.
