The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in drafting and reviewing private offering materials.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and review private offering materials for private investment funds.
  • Provide legal advice on fund formation matters to private fund managers.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to investment fund regulations and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop fund structures and strategies.
  • Assist in negotiating and drafting agreements with clients and third-party service providers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations affecting private investment funds.

 

Requirements:

  • Admitted to the State Bar.
  • 3-6 years of experience in fund formation with private fund managers.
  • Proven experience drafting and reviewing private offering materials.
  • Strong understanding of investment fund regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.
