Associate Attorney needed for Las Vegas office

Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in the areas of family law, probate, and bankruptcy.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on complex legal issues.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Manage a caseload of clients and handle all aspects of case development, including client communication, filing deadlines, and court appearances.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada (NV Bar license).
• Experience in family law and probate preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• NV Bar license (Preferred).
• Additional certifications in relevant areas of law are a plus.
