Duties:

• Manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision

• Represent clients in court for family law and related matters

• Maintain regular communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Participate in team collaboration to ensure strategic alignment on cases

• Handle sensitive legal issues with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Nevada

• 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in family law

• Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills

• Ability to think quickly and act decisively under pressure

• Commitment to ethical and empathetic client representation

• Willingness to take initiative and ownership of case outcomes

• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
