Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, and appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings. Prior law firm and insurance litigation experience are preferred. Admission to the Colorado Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record. Should have the ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential.
