Job Overview: A law firm in San Diego, CA, seeks a Corporate Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions. Duties:

  • Handle complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, M&A, and financings.
  • Provide legal advice and support on corporate real estate matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and real estate professionals.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on corporate real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
