Duties:

  • Handle workers’ compensation defense cases under the guidance of senior attorneys

  • Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses

  • Conduct legal research and case analysis

  • Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

  • Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client development

  • Manage a growing caseload with increasing independence

Requirements:

  • 0–5 years of legal experience (workers’ compensation defense preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills

  • Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in litigation and client relations

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Must be bright, hard-working, and proactive

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
